Board members will leave the “Cultivating Diversity” workshop equipped with a deep understanding of the critical role diverse donor pipelines play in your organization’s success and actionable strategies to support and champion diverse fundraising initiatives.
Zuleika was incredibly collaborative and helpful in integrating our key goals with board messaging into the materials presented to the board. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to others who want to engage with board and bring them into the work of diversifying their funding pipelines. STRATEGIES FOR DIVERSIFYING YOUR DONOR PIPELINES
Development shops have begun strategic efforts to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy and increase engagement with historically minoritized communities. You likely know that it’s important to build upon this strategy, but you may not know where to begin.
Join Zuleika Johnson for a discussion on how to identify areas where you can make improvements as it relates to diversifying your development staff, engaging communities of color, and diversifying your donor pipelines. You will walk away from this workshop with an understanding of diversity in philanthropy trends and how you can reach the goals you seek for the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of your development shops.
Zuleika Johnson is a powerful presenter that invites her audience to engage with new and challenging content in a way that is entirely accessible resulting in immediate applicability, growth and understanding. As part of the Executive Committee of our Board of Directors, I look forward to partnering with Ms. Johnson in growing our diverse philanthropy practices in service of our statewide community.
